1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

The book is physically damaged or defective upon arrival.
You received the wrong product.
The product description does not match what you received.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

2. Non-Returnable Items

E-books, PDF downloads, or any digital products.
Discounted or sale items (unless damaged or defective).
Gift cards.

All digital products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.

3. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

You will receive a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
